Rear Suspension before replacement. Need to figure out what parts to use....

as you can see, things look pretty bad.

what I really need to figure out quickly is my parts list to replace this stock suspension:
1. Shocks: brand, type( sport, touring, etc)
2. Springs
3. Mount plates? if needed...

and probably some other bits that I don't know about.
